Returns
Online Returns
We accept return of unworn, unwashed merchandise provided that it is returned no later than 14 days from the date of delivery and that all original tags are attached. To ensure returns are promptly processed, include with your returned item(s) the original packing slip. Alternatively, you may write your order number on the outside of the package.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for any lost return packages. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

In-Store Pickup
Provo and France locations
Pick up your online selections in person at select stores. When you find an item you’d like to purchase on tridentseal.com select Local Pickup for the desired location. Most items should be available for pickup within 48 hours after your order is placed. You will receive a notification phone call and or text when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this notification phone call and/or text OR call and verify it is there ready for pickup before heading to the store.
Once ready for pickup, your order will be held for 30 days. Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be cancelled, and your method of payment will be refunded. We will give you a reminder call before refunding. If you would like to request a 24-hour extension and pick up your order after the 30 days, please contact us before the order is refunded.

United StatesBeautiful Dress-does not fit around chest
This dress is lovely BUT it does not fit like the other dresses at Called to Surf have. It fits everywhere but around the chest area where it is way too small (just like other customers have commented). When I went to purchase the dress I looked at the measurements but it only shows through a size large so I could not verify that the size would fit me. I made a guess (which turned out wrong) that it would fit similar to the dresses that I have purchased in the past. And now I have dress that does not fit, it is a FINAL SALE, I can't get anyone to answer me about exchanging it (not returning it for a refund) to a larger size, and it's really quite disappointing. Customer service is less than helpful as I have been on the "Support Team" line for over an hour without anyone helping me.

I was do disappointed because this dress is lovely and comfortable! It for me perfectly but the chest was WAY too small. I had to return it.

We ordered several dresses online but after not receiving them for about 10 days, we asked where they were because we needed to take them on a trip with us for a family photo. They said they would check into it (especially because other members of the family who had placed orders after we did, had already received their orders). I never received a response, but a couple of days later, I received a refund for the order. We went into the store in person and luckily found what we needed, but a bit nerve wracking and inconvenient to have waited so long only to have it canceled and refunded.
