Returns
Online Returns
We accept return of unworn, unwashed merchandise provided that it is returned no later than 14 days from the date of delivery and that all original tags are attached. To ensure returns are promptly processed, include with your returned item(s) the original packing slip. Alternatively, you may write your order number on the outside of the package.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for any lost return packages. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

In-Store Pickup
Provo and France locations
Pick up your online selections in person at select stores. When you find an item you’d like to purchase on tridentseal.com select Local Pickup for the desired location. Most items should be available for pickup within 48 hours after your order is placed. You will receive a notification phone call and or text when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this notification phone call and/or text OR call and verify it is there ready for pickup before heading to the store.
Once ready for pickup, your order will be held for 30 days. Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be cancelled, and your method of payment will be refunded. We will give you a reminder call before refunding. If you would like to request a 24-hour extension and pick up your order after the 30 days, please contact us before the order is refunded.

United StatesLovely dress but sized wrong!
This dress was supposed to be a 12-14 but is more just a 12(or even 10-12). The dress is too tight in sleeves and bust for me and I wear a 14. Have been trying to get someone to tell me how to return but no luck. To me, a company is only as good as their customer service and so far, this one is coming up short!

I loved this dress and bought it almost as soon as I saw it. I was very excited when it came in and tried it on immediately. Lovely color and design, the fabric felt nice and had great lining. I loved it. Then I started to notice how uneven the seams were going across the dress to make the tiers. They were uneven and not in a way that could be hidden or written off as intentional. If I had paid $20-30 for this on Amazon, I’d totally expect this kind of quality, but for $66, I’m very disappointed. I will likely be returning because I can’t quite justify the price for this quality.

I thought this dress was just too beautiful to pass, so I bought it in cream. It fits just fine and I love the colors and the lining is great, but the sewing quality is not very good. The seams going across the dress to create the tiers are not straight and very distracting. If I bought this on Amazon for $20 or so, I’d be okay with it. However, for $66, the quality does not match the price. I’m quite disappointed, really, because the dress is just so pretty. I’ve flatted the dress in the pictures so you can see how uneven the seams are. Maybe I’m being picky, but like I said, I expected more for this price.
